Previously, she was President of Chartwell & Company, an investment bank specializing in natural resources and technology. Her expertise spans corporate finance, strategic growth, and sustainable resource management.

With over $1 billion in M&A experience, He currently chairs Alpine Digital Technologies and has served on several corporate boards in the technology and industrial sectors.

Mr. Martin has 25 years of operating experience in food and agriculture with a track record of improving efficiency and profitability. He previously served as Vice President of Operations at Essentia Protein Solutions, the world's largest producer of meat ingredients and functional proteins with production facilities in eight countries. Mr. Martin has also held senior-level positions at ConAgra Foods, JBS, and Tyson Foods. He holds a BA in Accounting from University of Northern Iowa.
