Dr. Jones has 25+ years in finance, leading GEM to 385M tons of assets through mining acquisitions and advanced materials development. Previously, she was President of Chartwell & Company, an investment bank specializing in natural resources and technology. Her expertise spans corporate finance, strategic growth, and sustainable resource management.
