Previously, she was President of Chartwell & Company, an investment bank specializing in natural resources and technology. Her expertise spans corporate finance, strategic growth, and sustainable resource management.
Mr. Miller is a climate expert with 16 years at the IFC/World Bank, managing $1B+ in clean energy across 70+ countries. He founded the Center for Global Change, taught at 10 universities, and holds degrees from Cornell and Michigan, including a J.D. & MPP. A Fulbright Scholar, he’s a global policy leader.
Mr. Martin has 25 years of experience in food and agriculture, driving efficiency and profitability. He was VP of Operations at Essentia Protein Solutions, the largest global meat ingredients producer. He also held senior roles at ConAgra Foods, JBS, and Tyson Foods, leading operations across multiple countries and markets.
Mr. Paulson has over 35 years as a CFO in high-tech companies, building strong relationships with U.S. and international investors, private equity, and Wall Street analysts. He raised over $350 million for three NYSE-American traded companies, including NovaBay, Avigen (sold), and Neurogen Corp. (sold), driving financial growth and success.

Mr. Ford has 30+ years of engineering and project management experience in specialized programs. As Director of System Engineering at Lockheed Martin, he led 175 engineers, technicians, and scientists, managing government development contracts. His expertise spans aerospace, security, and advanced technology solutions.
Dr. Christopher White has 25+ years of experience leading mining and mineral production businesses in Oceania and the U.S. He has driven significant growth and market leadership in industrial and agricultural sectors. He holds a Master’s and Ph.D. in biological sciences and completed Monash University’s Executive Management Program cum laude.
Mr. Lewis has 30+ years of experience in the industrial minerals industry, holding senior operational roles focused on profitability. He previously served in high-level positions at J.M. Huber Corporation, Martin Marietta Materials, Imerys, and LaFarge Aggregates, driving operational excellence and business growth.
Mr. Baringer has 25+ years in supply chain and transportation, holding key roles at IBM, Sterling Commerce, Swift & Company, Tyson Foods, and Schneider National. He earned a B.A. from Luther College and received the 2013 IBM Sales Eminence Award for excellence in logistics and operations.
